Padel Club Finance & Accounting Software

See exactly what your club made today. Not at the end of the month.

Most padel clubs collect money in three or four different places — Playtomic transfers, POS cash, direct bank transfers, coaching fees — and try to reconcile it at month end. PlayLa brings every revenue stream and every expense into one place, automatically, and shows you a real profit and loss statement updated in real time. Know if today was profitable before you lock up.

What it gives your club

How it works, in detail

A P&L your accountant will recognise

PlayLa does not just show you revenue totals. It shows you a structured profit and loss statement with revenue by category, cost of goods, gross profit, operating expenses by category, and net operating income — updated as each sale and expense is recorded. This is the format your accountant needs, available any time without waiting for month-end.

  • Revenue breakdown: bookings, POS (F&B, pro-shop, other), coaching, external
  • Cost of goods: POS items at purchase cost with margin per category
  • Operating expenses by category (rent, wages, utilities, marketing, maintenance, etc.)
  • Gross profit and gross margin percentage
  • Net operating income with trend vs prior period
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, and custom date range views

Expense tracking that matches how clubs actually spend

Padel clubs have recurring costs (rent, utilities, staff), irregular costs (equipment repairs, marketing campaigns), and purchase costs that should reduce stock (beverages, pro-shop items). PlayLa handles all three in one expense module.

  • Multi-line expense entries with category, description, and supplier
  • Recurring expense templates (auto-fill monthly costs in seconds)
  • Purchase entries that automatically add received stock to inventory
  • Attachment upload for receipts and invoices from suppliers
  • Approved vs pending expense states for multi-person clubs
  • Tax deductible flag per expense for accountant export

Invoices and quotes that look professional

Whether you are invoicing a corporate member for a monthly contract, quoting an event organiser for court hire, or billing a coaching client for a training block, PlayLa generates branded documents in seconds. Your logo, your colors, your payment details — not a generic template.

  • Branded invoice and quote templates with your logo and colors
  • Line items with quantity, unit price, discount, and tax
  • Multiple tax rates per invoice
  • Email delivery directly from the PlayLa dashboard
  • Invoice status: draft, sent, viewed, paid, overdue
  • Automatic payment reminders for overdue invoices

Common questions

Does PlayLa replace my accounting software?

PlayLa handles the operational accounting layer — tracking revenue, expenses, invoices, and P&L. For statutory accounts and tax filing, you will still use an accountant and possibly dedicated software. PlayLa's CSV exports are designed to give your accountant exactly what they need without manual re-entry.

Can I track multiple revenue streams — bookings, POS, coaching, external?

Yes. PlayLa consolidates booking revenue (from your own system), POS sales, coaching session payments, and any external revenue you log manually (bank transfers, sponsorships, events) into one P&L. You can see the breakdown by source in the finance dashboard.

How does the multi-currency support work?

You select your club's currency during setup. All prices, wallet balances, reports, and invoices are denominated in that currency automatically. PlayLa supports 15+ currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, IDR, AED, MYR, and others. Each club on the platform picks its own currency independently.

Can I see yesterday's P&L and compare it to the same day last week?

Yes. The finance dashboard includes comparison views — today vs yesterday, this week vs last week, this month vs last month. You can also set a custom date range and compare any two periods side by side.
