Common questions
How current are the reports — are they updated in real time?
Yes. Reports reflect every sale, booking, and expense the moment it is recorded in PlayLa. There is no batch processing or end-of-day sync. The P&L you see at 3 PM includes every transaction up to that second.
Can I compare this month to last month automatically?
Yes. Every revenue and expense report has a comparison selector. Choose "this month vs last month," "this week vs last week," or "custom vs custom" and the report shows both periods side by side with the percent change.
Does PlayLa have a court utilisation report?
Yes. The court utilisation report shows occupancy rate per court by day and time slot in a heatmap format. You can immediately see which hours are consistently full (potential to add sessions) and which are consistently empty (pricing or promotion opportunity).
Can I share reports with my co-owner or accountant without giving them full admin access?
You can export any report as a CSV or print to PDF for sharing. A read-only reporting user role is on the roadmap. For now, the export is the recommended way to share data externally.
