Common questions
Can I use PlayLa POS alongside my current booking system?
Yes. PlayLa POS is independent of how your courts are booked. You can keep Playtomic, AYO, MATCHi or any other booking platform and use PlayLa purely for your POS, cashier management, and finance. The two systems work in parallel.
Does PlayLa POS work on iPad or Android tablet?
PlayLa is a progressive web app that runs in any modern browser, including Safari on iPad and Chrome on Android tablets. No app store install needed. A touchscreen tablet is the recommended setup for a front-desk POS station.
How many cashier accounts can I create?
Unlimited. You can create a separate account for every staff member at no extra cost. Each cashier has their own PIN and sales are individually attributed.
What happens to stock when a product sells?
Every sale automatically deducts the quantity from inventory. When stock drops below your configured alert level, you receive a notification. Stock levels are also visible in the admin inventory dashboard at any time.
Can members pay from their wallet at the POS?
Yes. Member wallets are integrated directly into the POS checkout flow. The cashier selects the member, and their wallet balance is shown. Payment deducts from the wallet and the transaction appears in the member's payment history.
