Questions to answer in your trial
Do I need a new card terminal?
PlayLa records the payment method for the sale. Your payment provider or terminal processes the payment separately unless you have configured a supported integration. Confirm your exact checkout setup with us before switching hardware.
Can I print or email receipts?
You can open a receipt for browser printing or send a receipt by email. Test your browser, tablet and printer combination during the trial before committing to new hardware.
Can I keep my court booking platform?
Yes. Use PlayLa for counter sales, cashier shifts and reporting alongside your booking platform. Decide which system records court payments so your team avoids recording the same revenue twice.
What should I test during the trial?
Run one sample shift: open a float, create and settle a tab, check the receipt, and close with a counted balance. Confirm the sale and any variance appear where your manager expects them.

Common questions
Can I use PlayLa POS alongside my current booking system?
Yes. PlayLa POS is independent of how your courts are booked. You can keep Playtomic, AYO, MATCHi or any other booking platform and use PlayLa purely for your POS, cashier management, and finance. The two systems work in parallel.
Does PlayLa POS work on iPad or Android tablet?
PlayLa is a progressive web app that runs in any modern browser, including Safari on iPad and Chrome on Android tablets. No app store install needed. A touchscreen tablet is the recommended setup for a front-desk POS station.
How many cashier accounts can I create?
Unlimited. You can create a separate account for every staff member at no extra cost. Each cashier has their own PIN and sales are individually attributed.
What happens to stock when a product sells?
Every sale automatically deducts the quantity from inventory. When stock drops below your configured alert level, you receive a notification. Stock levels are also visible in the admin inventory dashboard at any time.
Can members pay from their wallet at the POS?
Yes. Member wallets are integrated directly into the POS checkout flow. The cashier selects the member, and their wallet balance is shown. Payment deducts from the wallet and the transaction appears in the member's payment history.
