The web app works on any mobile browser with a home-screen install option. For clubs that want a native app store presence, PlayLa offers a white-label native app wrapper: your club's name and icon in the App Store and Google Play. This is a paid add-on (not included in base plans) that PlayLa configures and submits on your behalf.

The member app is a bonus, not a requirement

Common questions
Is the white-label app really included in every plan, no extra cost?
Yes. The web-based white-label member app (hosted at yourclub.playla.id or your custom domain) is included in every PlayLa plan at no additional cost. The native iOS and Android app store presence is a paid add-on.
Can I use my own custom domain for the member app?
Yes. You can connect a custom domain (e.g., app.yourclub.com) by adding a CNAME record in your DNS provider. PlayLa provides step-by-step instructions. SSL is provisioned automatically. The process takes about 10 minutes and propagates within an hour.
Will members see the PlayLa brand anywhere in the app?
No. The member-facing interface shows only your club's brand. The "Powered by PlayLa" attribution is configurable — you can show or hide it depending on your plan. PlayLa is invisible to your members by default.
What happens if I enable the app and members start booking through it instead of Playtomic?
That is your choice to make. Some clubs run both in parallel — Playtomic for player discovery and the PlayLa app for loyal members. Some clubs eventually switch entirely. There is no lock-in either way. The PlayLa app does not charge per-booking commission, so it is cheaper for direct bookings.
