Common questions
If I use Playtomic, does PlayLa replace it?
Only if you want it to. PlayLa includes a white-label booking system in every plan, but you are not required to switch. Most clubs keep Playtomic for player discovery and run PlayLa as their internal calendar — your front desk mirrors Playtomic bookings in, and everything sits in one view.
Can I set different prices for peak and off-peak times?
Yes. You configure pricing rules per court with peak (defined by day of week and hour range) and off-peak rates. The system applies the correct price automatically at booking creation or in the member app checkout.
How do recurring bookings work for coaching programs?
You create a booking and set it to repeat: daily, weekly, or on specific days. The whole series appears on the calendar. You can edit a single occurrence (change the time, cancel it) without affecting the rest of the series, or edit the series going forward from a chosen date.
Can coaches see their own schedule and book sessions themselves?
Yes. Coaches have their own login with a view filtered to their schedule. They can see their assigned sessions, block their availability, and (if you allow it) create new sessions for their private clients.
