Padel Academy & Coaching Management Software

Run your coaching programme like a business, not a group chat.

A growing coaching programme is one of the strongest revenue drivers a padel club has — and also one of the most chaotic to manage without the right tools. PlayLa gives each coach their own calendar, handles private and group session bookings, manages clinic capacity and waiting lists, and tracks individual coach revenue so you know exactly how each programme is performing.

What it gives your club

How it works, in detail

Coach calendar built for high-frequency scheduling

When you have 4 coaches running 6 sessions each per day, you need a calendar that keeps up. PlayLa shows every coach as a column across the day's timeline. Conflicts are prevented at creation. Coaches can block personal time (lunch, off-court duties) that admins can see but cannot overwrite. Session notes, player lists, and payment status are all visible without leaving the calendar.

  • Column-per-coach calendar view for the day
  • Cross-coach availability check at booking creation
  • Coach self-service availability blocking
  • Session notes visible to admin and coach
  • Late enrolments and cancellations handled without manual adjustment
  • Attendance logging per session per player

Clinic and group session management

Group clinics need capacity limits, waiting lists, and clear communication when a spot opens up. PlayLa handles all of this automatically. When a clinic fills up, new sign-ups join a waiting list. When a player cancels, the next person on the list is notified (via WhatsApp) and given a window to confirm.

  • Configurable capacity per session (min and max)
  • Automatic waiting list with position tracking
  • WhatsApp notification when a spot opens
  • Cancellation policy with configurable cutoff window
  • Skill level requirements per session (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
  • Gender filter option for women-only or men-only sessions

Coach landing pages that drive direct bookings

PlayLa gives every coach a public-facing profile page at a shareable URL (e.g., yourclub.playla.id/coach/sarah). The page shows their photo, bio, specialty, and a live booking button. Coaches share the link on their Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. Bookings flow directly into the PlayLa calendar with no friction.

  • Public coach profile with photo, bio, specialty, and rates
  • Shareable URL — unique per coach, hosted on your club domain
  • Live booking button linked to real-time availability
  • Optimised for mobile (Instagram link-in-bio style)
  • Coach can enable/disable their landing page from their account
  • OG image and SEO tags so the link looks good when shared

Common questions

Can coaches log in and manage their own schedule?

Yes. Coaches have their own login with a dashboard showing their personal calendar, upcoming sessions, and player lists. They can create and cancel their own sessions (within limits you configure) and view their revenue summary.

How do I set different prices for different coaches?

You set a default price per session type at club level, then override it per coach. For example, the default private lesson is $40/hour, but your head coach charges $65/hour. Override it once in the coach profile and it applies to every session they create.

Can players book a coaching session directly with a specific coach?

Yes, via the white-label member app or the coach's public landing page. Players select the session type, choose the coach (or let the system assign one), pick a time slot from real-time availability, and pay. The booking appears immediately in the coach's calendar.

Does PlayLa handle coach payroll or commission calculations?

PlayLa tracks revenue per coach per period, which gives you the raw data for commission calculations. It does not automate payroll transfers. Most clubs use the per-coach revenue report to calculate what they owe each coach at the end of the month.
